Fantastic Membership Benefits for Friends!
Friends are entitled to the following discounts upon production of a valid membership card:

10% discount at all of the Museums’ Shops (Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, Gladstone Pottery Museum, Ford Green Hall and Etruria Industrial Museum), except for items which are sold on commission;

10% discount at all of the Museums’ Cafes (Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, Etruria Industrial Museum, Ford Green Hall, Gladstone Pottery Museum (light refreshments only, as the Parlour Tea Room is currently closed). These discounts may not apply to certain confectionary)

A 50% discount on the purchase of a Passport, which will entitle the holder to free unlimited entry to those Museums with admission charges, namely the Gladstone Pottery Museum, Ford Green Hall and Etruria Industrial Museum. This has to be one of the best deals around, which we hope will encourage Friends to make greater use of the museums and to keep abreast of developments. Passports can be purchased at any of the City’s Museums, but to receive your discount please be sure to have your Friends membership card with you. Please note that normal concessionary rates apply
PLUS, through our strong links with the Friends of the Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery, we can now offer you discounts in the shops and cafes of the Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery. On production of a valid PMAG Friends' membership card, you will receive a 10% discount at the shops of the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, Aston Hall, Blakelsley Hall, Sarehole Mill and Soho House (with the exception of books, stamps, certain jewellery items, specialist literature and certain specialist purchases). In addition, you can claim a 10% discount in the cafes of all the museums listed above with the exception of the Edwardian Tea Rooms at the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery
All of this is in addition to the annual programme of Friends’ events (many of which are free to Friends), the Newsletter which is mailed three times per year, updates on events and activities at the City’s museums, and invitations to exhibition openings and private views.
It makes more sense to be a Friend now than ever before.
