Gladstone’s Annual Pass provides outstanding value if you plan on visiting the museum more than once.
Adult passes cost £11.50 each – children and concessions £9.50 each – and entitle the user to free entry for 12 months.

The Gladstone Café serves a range of hot and cold food, drinks, cakes and snacks and has a unique view over the museum’s cobbled courtyard and bottle ovens.

Open to both the general public and museum visitors it offers a friendly welcome and serves the local speciality – Staffordshire oatcakes.

The museum has a large free car park on Chadwick Street for visitors and a token can be obtained from Reception to exit the car park. There are also spaces outside the museum entrance for Blue Badge Holders. Cycle parking is located outside the main entrance to the museum.

Please allow two to three hours for your visit.

All children aged 16 or under visiting the museum must be accompanied by an adult.
