Featuring work from the Museum’s outstanding print collection, this exhibition focuses on a group of artists known as the Senefelder Group, active from 1910 to 1930.

Staffordshire Hoard: Dark Age Discovery

The Staffordshire Hoard is the largest and most valuable Anglo-Saxon treasure ever found. Now an exciting new exhibition at The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery will set it in its historical context and reveal the story of its discovery and conservation.

Ceramics Gallery Talks

An introduction to Video Editing

Learn the basics of how to edit digital video using Adobe Premiere Elements’, from capturing raw footage to creating a DVD. Lunch provided.

Titanic Trail

Follow the Titanic Trail around the museum and in a series of small displays discover the city’s links with the doomed ocean liner. Learn about various aspects of the Titanic, from Captain Smith’s loving cup to the fashions of the period.
Artists and Printmakers workshop

Roman Legionaries

Meet Roman soldiers from the Ermine Street Guard as they march through the museum on their way to battle. Armoured legionaries will be on hand to describe aspects of life in the Roman army during the occupation of ancient Britain.

Costumes of the Gilded Age

History Wardrobe, who specialise in historical costumed interpretation, will be commemorating the Titanic's first and only voyage. They will be inviting you back to April 1912, by taking you on an evocative journey through Edwardian society.

Titanic - The Return of a Dream
