- Summary: Maiolica tiles painted in the grotesque style. Square, painted in blue and raw amber on the white ground and in blue on the yellow central panel in grotesque style.
- Additional Notes: This tile formed part of the maiolica pavement commissioned by Pandolfo Petrucci for the principal room in the Palazzo del Magnifico, Siena. The tiles are thought to have been decorated between 1508 and 1512, the year of his death. Over 300 tiles from the pavement survive in the collections of the V&A.
