Cooking with Clay
The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery and BCB have been working with partners across Europe to create a recipe book style toolkit. This toolkit is a cookery book that gives ingredients and methods to creatively engage diverse audiences with clay and ceramics collections. Part of the EU funded project Ceramics and its Dimensions.
The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, as part of the EU funded project, Ceramics and its Dimensions have developed a resource for introducing ceramics collections for adults with visual impairments. This was done in consultation with Action for the Blind. It gives instruction on how to put together a Tactile Box with aids and prompts and how to use it with a group.
